Selfcheck is a user-friendly digital tool in the form of a web app, built by users for users.
Selfcheck is time-saving and useful in various areas. We digitalize all types of self-checks, checklists, safety and service rounds, different routines, and more for all kinds of commercial buildings, such as hotels, residential associations, shopping centers, industrial properties, office buildings, and arenas.
Most likely, there are some forms of checks that you currently perform, which we can convert into digital format, or we can even assist in developing new digitalized work methods and routines. Digitizing your work brings time savings, efficiency, as well as increased control and safety.
You can choose what to include in your subscription, creating a system tailored to your specific business needs. Which of our modules do you need?
As a basic package, you select at least one module. Additional modules can be added directly or later on. We also offer a Dashboard where you can have a clear overview if you have multiple devices and modules to manage.

With the Cleaning module, you get an instant overview of what has been cleaned and by whom. It’s an incredibly time-saving tool for hotels and useful for those who have external cleaning companies for their properties. You can also include the optional geopositioning service, which requires you to be within a certain radius to mark tasks as completed.

With the Work Environment module, you get easy and clear direct reporting, allowing company management and others to monitor how the work environment develops in real-time at your specific workplace. Work environment management is essential but can be time-consuming with reporting. With this tool, you can easily access the guidelines for each job role at each specific location or space.

Scan a QR code and receive instructions, such as how to start a machine, work instructions for different roles, and more. The usage area for the Checklist module is practically unlimited. It is easy to keep it updated, and only current information is displayed. The Checklist module is designed for all businesses that want to ensure that essential tasks are performed.

Temporary round
Sometimes, an extra temporary round is needed for a limited time. It could be during a renovation or a temporary security round for extra surveillance, such as during a state visit. As a customer, you can create a round using existing codes. This is useful for hotels, like night porter rounds, and other security rounds where you want to vary the routes.
You get full control over who has conducted the round and the timestamps.
